Found Premium Projects and Construstion on Facebook, Tino (the owner) had advertised in my area. Saw the work they had done (carports) so decided to contact them on 1 Dec 2023. They arrived that same day and "took measurements" they promised to send a quote but didn't. We decided that we would work with them and wanted burglar bars installed first, Tino and another came again to take measurements -what did they do the previous day? On 3 Dec they quoted us R12000 and we payed a deposit of R5500 to buy building material and start the work. They want their money in cash so we did a cash send- they gave an excuse about their banking account. On 7 Dec we checked in to see if they would be coming to install and got no response until the next day. Tino said he had a few things left to do concerning the burglar bars. Come the next week Tino says he will be able to come on Wednesday or Thursday- no show on either day. He checks if we are home on Friday, we are -again no show. We contact him on Saturday (16 Dec) to ask when is he going to install he says that day after 12 -no show. *Poor communication began after he received the money. Tino does not answer his phone when he is called and takes forever to respond to Whatapp messages. Coincidently we were burgled on Saturday night, the burglars took our TV. This burglary could have be mitigated if not prevented if we had the burglars bars installed. Sunday evening Tino's guys arrive to deliver shabbly made burgalar bars that are inconsisent in design and quality, and are incomplete in build and number. Still waiting for the story to unfold.

For a company in business for 12 years and only registered on CIPC since 2021, their work(craftsmanship) and professionalism are below par. I would never recommend Tino nor his company. This company cannot be trusted. They don't do the work, just excuses and lies.
