Loyalty Programme Lies

I have been a member of Premium Prizes for about 4 years now, and when their Loyalty Programme kicked in, it seemed like a great thing, but the only thing they've been consistent with is disappointing those loyal to their site.<br> I accumulated points and tried to redeem them against a prize. The prize never arrived. I have since sent a number of emails that go unanswered, asking them about a prize I redeemed for points on 2014-09-11. They don't respond at all. No prize has arrived, and my points have not been reinstated.<br> I have even sent them messages to their Facebook page, but they refuse to answer there as well.
