PREMIUM PAINTS (SHOCKING SERVICE)

Serious Complaint against abuse from PREMIUM PAINTS owner, Sagie *** after my complaint of very low and poor quality of the white 20 litre paint purchased from a local store supp**** by him (batch 3/6/21) which was almost like water. He offered to replace 2 x 20 litres + plaster? (not sure what he meant) but upon his RUDE visit to my home this morning, he insulted ALL the residents (including myself) who lived on my side of the area, further ACCUSED me of wanting freebees (when he offered to replace) and brought me a **** thick sample to prove that it was the same texture as that of the weak paint I had purchased. He also added that the Hardware Store where I purchased the paint was the ONLY STORE that he received complaints from. He was barbaric, uncouth, disrespectful and made baseless accusations whilst shouting at the top of his voice in the presence of his young employee who accompanied him. This guy was surprised at his boss's unruly behaviour and tried to calm him.down.

Sagie left without replacing the 20 litres after assuring me he would. It's clear that his character is questionable since he PROVED NOT TO BE A MAN OF HIS WORD!!

He is the most disgusting man I have ever met to have had a 5 minute business encounter with.

I will NEVER recommend PREMIUM PAINTS to anyone ever!

Some people think they're so slick you swear they invented Grease! EXCUSES are the tools of the *********** used to build monuments of nothingness. Those who specialise in them are seldom capable of anything else......What a Pity!!!!
