PAID AND NEVER RECEIVED MY PARCEL

I placed an order and paid on 30 September 2020,called the following week to find out why my combo wigs and hair products have not arrived and a lady that answered the phone said that I will receive an email. Following that week of not receiving any communication from them I called again and all their contact numbers were not working anymore. Then I dropped A DM on Instagram, someone responded and said they will check and get back to me. I waited again and nothing. I want my R1700 that I paid!!!!
