Superb after sales

A year ago I bought a Ion action camera (Air Pro) from Hi Fi Corp. <br> <br> I use it for motorracing, on my boat, on top of my motorbike helmet and when 4x4ing. <br> I had an issue with the camera sometimes stopping and then recording again making 2 videos of the same event. Then the camera mount where it *****s into the body stripped. <br> I sent it in to Hi Fi Corp. Premium brands fixed the recording issue. But forgot about the mount. I sent it back just before Christmas. On the 4th January Hi Fi Corp phoned me and said the unit will be replaced with a new one. I was more than happy if they just repaired the stripped mount but was very surprised being replaced. There are many \Go Pro competitors"now on the market. But with the quality of the ION and this service I wouldnt even looked at any other brand. Now 2 of my biker mates bought some of the newer ION models as well.
