Premium Cape Covers- HORRIBLE SERVICE

I had a horrible experience with this company. They made a pool cover. After a few weeks the eyelets rusted and the material started tearing from the eyelets. I called them and they collected the cover. I had follow up so many times and spoke to 2 different people to ask about my cover as my poor dogs had to stay inside the house due to not having a cover. They dropped it off and when I tried to fit with my friend, it was to SMALL. they kept on saying it was not cut. They then came out themselves to "fit" it but they failed as it was too small. They then took it away with them again to "fix" it or replace it with a new one. Bear in mind this started in September until today 16 January. They are always LATE for appointments, and made me wait 3 hours the one time after agreeing to a specific time. I still don't have my cover and I PAID for it. They ghosted me after I asked for my cover or a refund. They disappeared with my cover and money. Oh, and I had to pay a CALL OUT FEE for them to collect it the second time (R350-00) after it was their mess!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! (I wish I saw all the bad reviews before I used them) Needless to say, I had to get a new cover from another company and had to pay again. Don't use them people.
