Pool Covers (Anthony Jacobs)

I had a bad experience with the above mentioned company. His name is Anthony Jacobs , he quoted me a price .. price was accepted and he came to install it. I trusted that he would do his job properly and the following day when I actually look at the job he had done. I discovered the pool cover was too long , and the fitting of the cover was skew . Which caused waves on the sides . Two of the poles were hopelessly too short.

I contacted him the next day to come and fix it cause the pool cover was still on guarantee. I explained the problem to him... he got rude and angry and put down the phone on me.

1 hour after that I called him.again .. He said he will call me Sunday(2022-02-19) to let me know what time he will be here on Monday(2022-02-20) Until today he hasn't contacted me.

Im still trying to contact him and he doesn't answer the phone.
