Cape Premium Covers (roller blinds) Anthony Jacob

The abovementioned company does stretch tents / roller blinds and pool covers. I have dealt with Anthony Jacob who installed some roller blinds at our house. I should have known when I paid him the deposit that I will have problems. I had endless problems with him meeting deadlines to install. I would take off work to wait for him, but he never showed. For 2days of not communicating with me regarding installation, I had to constant phone him and he would have all kinds of excuses. Eventually he mad another appointment to install at 11h00. He came there at 20h00 and left just before 00h00. Not even 1 month after installation the stitching came loose and some places where torn which they fixed prior to installation. Each and everyday they come to take down and repair. I have been in contact with his silent partner whom is now silent after making arrangements with her. We paid R8k for this and now cant even close the cover. Every time when Anthony makes an appointment he never commits to it. He is rude and tells me that he does not make money when fixing stuff. Surely that's not my problem. I have put a review on his page and he is to no avail. He now keeps me at ransom for this. He will not fix if I don't remove the review I added. I will not recommend this chap at all. He is here just to make money off you. No customer service, telephone etiquette and unreliable.
