An extremely simple Nikon service request - JOB ********** - that should literally take 5 minutes to do has taken this bunch 4 days not to do. The level of service is shocking. Talk about incompetence - you'd have to look quite hard to find less competent service than the Nikon "support" at Premiium Group in Midrand
