No sense of urgency: took long to complete the job

I am very much disappointed in the experience regarding the completion of the work. It’s now over 2 weeks my car is being fixed and I kept on being told that the only thing left is polishing and putting it together. This is frustrating especially when I indicated that I need to travel long distance and have made plans. This is my first and last time using Premium autobody situated in Pretoria.
