Worst company to deal with ever

This company truck reversed into my car in 2017. the truck registration nr: DCK120MP. i brought this up immediate with the opps manager, Maryna and Hansie. we waited so long for a reply. eventually they got back to me that they have send it through t0o their insurance company and still to this date my car has a bump in which i am waiting to be fixed by their " insurer".

My husband was in contact with the opps manager and you said you will sort it out with your insurance. My husband is trying to get the information from you to give it through to our insurance. He has been communicating with a lady Maryna with the nr ‪082 783‬ ****. She said on the 11February she would sent through your insurance information. We have not received anything yet. We followed up on 12 February , still no information. Then she changes her story on the 16th February and says she thinks we must rather work through our insurance which we are ,we are just awaiting information of your insurance. So that means you haven’t even sent in information to your insurance. February 16th she messaged us saying she will sent through the relevant information to us. I have spoken to Hansie and he said they will sent us the information. we haven't received any information. This lady has now blocked my husbands phone calls
