This insurance company I think they are covering up for the insured which is TRANSZENIT Company the truck driver did hit and run on me on the 19 July 2017, it was in the morning and I reported the matter immediately to the ops manager , in short they asked me to gather all the information I did what they requested from me . All of sudden I am told we not going to settle your claim as I was the only one who went and report the accident, their driver did Hit and Run how on earth can he go and report while is the one who did hit and run. I have been dealing with this consultant called Lonias. they don't care about third parties. I don't know what's their story but they have a bad service when it comes to third parties claimants. We are not being taken serious as third parties, they take the sides of their insurer's.
