DISTASTESTFUL AND UNNECESSARY EXPERIENCE

<p>Events preceding incident ORTambo domestic lounge Xmas Day. On 22/12/16 involved in armed *******@home+wallet driver’s licence+credit cards taken. Takes +10 days2b processed. Spent day cancelling+arranging replacement. Arrived@lounge with temp licence+SAPS affidavit showing case details+brought current statement showing card no.+name+receipt of payment. Was traumatised+looking 4quiet place. Clerk@desk not prepared2 listen or ********** I appreciate rules need 2babided by+aware people concoct ways 2gain access but one needs 2bable2use discretion in certain circumstances (this is extreme measure 2get free coffee). Clerk@desk not willing2contact anyone senior+gave me number2make call. No manager/assistant manager was available/contactable. Wife tried2contact someone but accidently called international lounge both managers were on duty+expressed surprise by attitude+advised was outside realms of her authority 2overturn decision in that lounge but wud have in her lounge. Manager returned my call late next day+told me I shud have obtained letter from Amex authorising me 2use lounge. Why wud I know this+wudb last thing 2think of while trying 2sort out my life.Bad experience/attitude</p>
