Bultin Cupboards

I needed my bulitin cupboards to be done , On the 28th of Decemebwe 2020 i saw a ad on marketplace on facebook that Ricardo Naidoo from Premier Interiors posted , he came through gave me a quote , i made 50% deposit , the first week he suppose to start he said he said his mother passed away, he needed R2000, as he said he was sort for the funeral , i paid him . The 2nd week he said his father died and he needs R2000 for the doors as it was suppose to be sprayed , i payed him as it was 2 weeks already and i needed this work to be done urgently , the 3rd week he said he has Covid , which is all lies . His parents are still alive and he didnt have COVID . I asked him back for the money , he refuses to give it and says he bought the material , i asked him for the material he still as not given it, he says he as a tacit contract with me .The completion date on quote was 11 Jan 2021 and its the 20th of Jan 2021.
