OR TAMBO PREMIER HOTEL TAKES 3 MONTHS TO DO REFUND

I made a reservation at OR Tambo Premier hotel for Christmas Buffet. Paid on the 24th of December and they let me know the person who I had booked with did not make the booking on the system. I was notified that the refund will be processed in 2 weeks time by Sanikie Maiwashe. It is now the 22nd of January and Sanikie Maiwashe along with Bellah Malane let me know it will be processed and take 4 weeks starting from February meaning I will get my money end of February. Has anyone gone there and experienced the same or is it only me
