worst staff ever

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at Premier Resort Sani Pass was extremely disappointing due to poor handling of reservations and unprofessional staff behavior. Despite multiple confirmations via email and phone that our rooms were fully paid and reinstated, we arrived to find one reservation cancelled due to a removed card(even though they said reservations were paid and non-refundable). This caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and risk of us being stranded.

Staff, including the general manager, were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, repeatedly pressuring us to pay for rooms that were already confirmed and paid. At times, we felt monitored and harassed during our stay. It was only after escalation and taking videos of the general manager shouting at us in front of other clients did they back off. These staff members' names were Heni Senekal(i took a video of him shouting at us), Blessing Murehwa, and Jan Mabena (very rude, forceful,worst staff member)

While the facilities are nice, the staff’s lack of professionalism and the resort’s mishandling of our bookings completely overshadowed our experience. I would caution anyone considering staying here to ensure you get everything in writing and double-check confirmations.These people are so ruthless are huge bullies.
