Unacceptable Check-In Experience

This service is absolutely unacceptable\. I called beforehand to confirm the check\-in time and was advised that check\-in is at 2:00 PM\. I arrived at 2:00 PM as advised, only to find that my room was still dirty and not ready\.

It is now almost an hour later, and I am still waiting for my room to be cleaned\. This is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable, especially when I specifically confirmed the check\-in time beforehand\.

I will certainly be raising this with the relevant management, and based on this experience, I will ensure that my company does not use this establishment for future bookings\.
