Start putting the iron and iron boards in all the rooms because this inconvenience us

Premier Hotel OR Tambo was always providing me with good service, I don't know what happened this weekend of 25 - 27 Nov 2021. I requested an iron and the ironing board on my first day on 26 Nov 2021 and I didn't get it. What makes matters worse was that I called after 45 minutes and the receptionist said that she doesn't know what to do because the iron is not there. And then I thought it was going to be better the following day, the same thing happened. Premier Hotel OR Tambo is a very big hotel and is famous, they should make sure that they have irons within their rooms. This is really not good. I was booked at room 428 and if you keep records of the iron request, you should have my requests.
