Premiere Private Resort is a ****

I wanted to terminate my membership contract in May 2023. I was advised that membership contracts are terminated in July . I was advised to settle my outstanding balance and my membership will be terminated.

I paid as per the agreement on 28 June. I did follow up with the customer service representative and I was told that they would call me back. I eventually called back and did not get proper response.

Subsequent to that , I wrote numerous emails. I my many email, I mentioned that, according to my statement, I must pay the annual levy fees. Someone called and and heard my story and promised to call me back, until today , I am still waiting to get the call.

To my suprise, they have now deducted about R2000.00 for annual levy fees, for 2024. Deduction was done without my concern and most importantly I has requested to terminate my contract.
