Premier Resort is Ripping people off and it is not what you expect

Hi Hello Peter,

I joined this premier resorts last year and unfortunately I got retrenched this year and wrote to Premier resorts to inform them of my situation and they told me that I must a 90 days notice we I already did in August, when I did a follow up with them, they told me that I am not allowed to cancel with them between June and December and it no where stipulated in their contract, they kept of debiting my account whilst I instructed them to stop debiting my account. I has to reverse the debit orders in order for them to stop debiting my account. They have now threated to blacklist my name. Hello Peter is there a ways that Ombudsman can assist me with this matter.
