Premier Port Edward building need uplifting

I visited the Premier hotel in Port Edward with my family we stayed for 4 nights. We had a lovely experience since Port Edward and surrounding areas have beautiful views and things to do.

As for the hotel there are things that I would like to point out. When you arrive the buildings are like a block of flats so we thought we were lost ut does not look like a hotel. At the main entrance the sign does not read as the Premier hotel. The reception area is nothing like the pictures on the website. The kids play area needs more facilities so that kids can enjoy

We asked our room to be changed because we could not see the sea view as described on the website. When we were changed we saw a huge difference that the rooms close to the reception (where we were moved to) have better furniture and look more classy as compared to the room we initially got. The corridors near the reception are nicely polished and clean. I therefore recommend that there should a level of uniformity with regard to furniture in the rooms. All sections of the corridor be cleaned. Building outside to be given a face-lift. Wi fi to be installed. Electricity backup when there no power. Water backup when electricity is gone because when loadshedding is happening no water comes out.

The dinning experience was on point enjoyed the food and the staff are really friendly and this I commend they should keep it up. There always someone to assist by the reception
