PREMIER HOTELS -ROODEVALLEY, NO REFUND STILL

I booked a room for a conference which was taking place in September last year. The hotel in question is Roodevalley in Pretoria. At no fault of mine, due to the rise in covid cases, our team leader advised that our group will not be attending the conference. Reservations dept has been informed ahead of time and I send an email too. I have been struggling since then to get my money refunded. I send numerous emails with no response back from them. I've send them all that they've asked for. But no money back. No reply to my emails either. This is the worst experience for potential customers. It is actually pathetic.

They should definitely get better staff to deal with situations such as this.

I want my money back!!!
