Trying to make a booking at the Bays**** Inn in Richards Bay for a conference. Phone just rings. Enquire on line on the web site no response. Call central reservations who assures me that they are open and proceeds to put me through to a phone that just rings. I then phone the number again only to be told that the Inn is closed since the lock down and the person does not know when / if it will reopen. Call central reservations again who undertook to get back to me. Needless to say that also did not happen. Business must be booming
