Premier Hotel Sani Pass

Very disappointed with the overall service of the resort. Was quoted a price and charged out another price. The manager on duty was not helpful but suggested that I join their rewards program and can qualify for a discount on my next visit. The resort also claims to be wheelchair friendly, but this is limited to the lounge and dining area only. My daughter who is in a wheelchair could not watch her kids play in the pool/ playground or visit the spa.
