Premier Hotel Midrand - An experience to forget

On the 12th September my group was booked into the Premier Hotel in Midrand until the 14th September 2018. I had booked accommodation for 25 people and on arrival atleast half of the group were told that the hotel was fully booked. Upon my arrival having been the one who made the booking I too was told that they couldn't find my name on the system and that I too would not be able to stay at the hotel. Given that this was a group booking, I then asked the young lady on duty to show me a list of names of the people I had booked and low and behold my entire partys names were on the list with my name being first on the list. After inquiring as to how she could have the names of the guests in my party and yet half of us were being told that the hotel was fully booked she began to be rude in her responses and extremely belligerent. Needless to say the manager on duty was equally rude and not helpful. We host an annual event at Gallagher every year and I can assure you that we will not be booking next years accommodation with this establishment. The service was atrocious to say the least and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a professional service thats value for money.
