Premier at O.R. Tambo Airport review

At first, seemed nice, with big rooms, very friendly and supportive staff, and *excellent food* (my compliments to the chef once more, this was what got the two stars, it should have been one). But over time, the problems started: some dirty corners could be seen in many places, sewer smells in my corridor, not totally clean dishes given to guests and, the worst of all, lots and lots of blackouts (I lost hours of work and productivity due to this). The manager was very evasive and subtly manipulative. This had everything to be a great experience but unfortunately lost my fidelity. I am very sorry for the kind and attentive staff that warmly welcomed me, but I do not recommend this hotel.
