Poor Services

Horrible experience at Premier Hotel, now known as Falstaff Faircity Hotel located in Morningside in Longdon Road. Cleaners doesn’t thoroughly clean the rooms, every time you want to warm up your food you must go out of your room to their not well equipped kitchen, as there is no microwave in the room. There’s no stove to cook, you must always buy take aways.

They have mini bar fridges, you can’t even put a 2litre of a soft drink in there. Bare in mind, there’s no proper fridge even in their so called kitchen, they only have magnum fridges there. The reception is sometimes un attended, especially on weekends. The door key cards sometimes doesn’t work. Yoh the tv is worse, poor quality, few channels available, not even a smart tv.

The shuttle is always on point, friendly drivers, nice music…they even allow you to play your own music and it’s always clean.
