Poor service from Premier Hotel ICC East London

I called Premier ICC hotel East London to make accommodation bookings and was given a rate of R1740 per night including breakfast and dinner. I requested a rate for accommodations only and was below R1000. I received my reservation booking via email but didn't open it. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was shocked that the rate for accommodation only was R1800. I decided to take it as it was too late. The room didn't gave an iron, the ironing station had a 10 litre to fill up the iron. What a disappointment for a 5star hotel. The kettle does not stop boiling, you need to switch it off.I called Samantha on Wednesday 7 February to discuss my issue of a higher rate than what wgat was discussed telephonically. Samantha said she will call me back. Today, is the 8th February and I'm still waiting for Samantha to call me back. I've stayed at ICC before, but this time I was not happy with the service and rate.
