Poor service

I am so sickened of the lack of customer service at The Quarteemain Hotel in Sandton. Two weeks ago I stayed here, the aircon was not working. I had to be moved to another room. Today I’m here again, the aircon is not working, I reported the issue to reception, two and a half hours later they still have not moved in. They advised initially they are moving me to another room and as I type this complaint, I’m still waiting. I’m went down to reception to be told that they will move me still I must wait. Really!!! This is not on!! We have paid for comfort here
