Poor customer service and experience in premier hotel OR Tambo

This is the worst hotel and experience I have ever come across. I have had a trip to JHB. I live in durban. Booked into this hotel as I had seen it's a 4.5 star rating. However, the customer service in this hotel was terrible. I had a shower cold. We complained about the water, the maintenance guy comes and tell us the water is Gona get hot but it's cold cause too many people are in the shower at 9:45pm. However we waited till 22:30 pm the water still cold. I paid for 2 rooms R1300. This experience is bull**** and I will be putting this up on hello Pieter. This is the premier hotel OR Tambo. It's the worst experience. The bed had bugs. This is terrible
