Poor business value

On the 30 March 2019 I have send an email requesting conferencing quote to Premier Hotel East London. Requesting 10% referral commission from the hotel in black and white and first quote received was R12800.00 and I questioned if is inclusive of 10pecent , later received a revised quote of R138,800 to be told it is inclusive of commission then quote confirmed and when I asked about my commission in place to be paid was told that the commission will only be calculated from the venue its self-excluding food and beverage after the hotel received payment from the institution and I submitted my statement and bank confirmation letter on the 08 May 2019 .On the 12 June 2019 was advised to amend my invoice and statement of which I did as I was waiting for my commission to be paid out. Later that day received another email from the hotel stating that they are unable to pay out commission as I don’t have an agreement in place with the hotel However for two months and during quote processing the hotel never advised me about the agreement. To me as single black woman its mind game plan, less respect regardless of gender and race. False information, ***** and day light *******. I spoke to Regional manager Robyn on the 14th of June2019 she advised me to send all the communication between me and the hotel so that they can work out my commission accordingly. On the 18 June 219 I called her to find out how far with the negotiation .only to be told that she is not afraid of threats .and I can go anyway but I will not get my commission due at 15H37. I trust this is not the way that Premier Hotels wishes to conduct business with valued customers’ .I hope that you look into the matter immediately and pay out commission accordingly. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matter further and to learn on how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
