Poor attitude and blatant disregard of guests

OMG, my experience at this resort was just plain AWFUL!!!!!

When I made my booking I asked for inter leading rooms as my daughter was travelling with us. Called and spoke to Zethu on 2 different occasions asking for this request. At no point during these 2 conversations with her was I told this was not possible.

Needless to say, when we got there there was no inter leading rooms for us. We where shown to a suite - A 1 BEDROOM SUITE !!!! we are 3 people and I paid for 2 rooms!!!!!. This hotel expected my daughter to sleep on a sleeper couch in the lounge!!!! - *** !!!!!!

Just thinking about the audaciousness of the hotel manager who failed to call me over my entire stay - 2 nights leaves a very bad taste with me.

The hotel manager avoided me for my entire stay which has lead me to believe that either he does not give a damn or believes that they are doing me a service by staying at his hotel!!!!!

Adding to my woes, this hotel does NOT offer an Al La Carte menu, their only offering was a buffet at R225 per person.

Seeing as how we do not eat beef or Pork their ONLY offering to me was chicken skewers - REALLY for R225 per person!!!!!

Once again I asked to speak to a manager got an assistant and they then produced the most AWFUL Chicken Curry I have had the misfortunate of eating.

My husband had 21 - I kind you NOT - 21 Cardamoms in his food - thus rendering this meal inedible!!!! .

While waiting for our meal the staff did not even have the decency to offer us water!!!!

The hotel's staff and management show absolutely no regard for their guests, they are blatant in their disrespect for you - their guest!!!!!

I am a regular traveler and I have stayed at many different establishments - pick a Tsogo Sun establishment - I beg you - as they know how to treat their guests and their managers at their hotels are not indifferent to their guests!!!!!!
