Pathetic & Poor Customer Service

On Saturday night (30/11), I booked and paid for a room at Premier Hotel Pretoria via Booking.com. On arriving at the hotel to check-in, I was told that the hotel is full & I must look for alternative accommodation and i must call the hotel on the 2/12 for a refund which I did and to date, the hotel can't tell me when will they refund me
