Pathetic customer service

Here is me not being able to sleep in this chilly weather at Port Edward in Splendid Inn Premier Hotel. First of all, the room does not have a telephone to contact the reception for any emergency or help needed. The aircon has no heater and it has been known for quite some and no one bothered to repair it. Worse part of it when I switched it only cold air came out and it did not want to switch I stayed in the xold not knowing how to contact them up until I had to Google their contact number and call as if I am not in their premises. The receptionist came and said there is nothing he can do I must stay in the cold till the morning. There is not even a heater provided let alone a warm blanket. Customer service is pathetic, cannot recommend this place to anyone.
