Not a Pleasant experience

I had booked at Premiere Splendid Umhlanga on the 5th of May and it wasn’t a great experience at all. Their phone in the room 658 wasn’t working I couldn’t get incoming calls I called reception asking to be put through to the kitchen because I wanted an ice bucket and to order food the lady put me through but it was just silent hours went by still nothing I had to go down to reception to inform them about this after an hour later someone finally came to my room to bring me an ice bucket and take my order honestly was ridiculous to have to experience this level of service.
