Walking into the place you have to carry your luggage up the stairs no ramp, not sure how they cater to wheelchairs etc. anyway I get there the front desk is currently busy with a client, that's fine I waited for them to finish, person at front desk completes conversation with client in front of me then goes to the back room and starts talking to colleagues. I then say hello that's when 2 front desk employees come out, I provide them with my details they hand me my card, no customer service at all, I then ask where's my room and what's the WiFi code, then I get informed you just connect no code, get to the room it's as old as my grand mums 1st home in 1912. I tried to settle in and try to connect to WiFi cause I need to work I dont pick up any access point tried from 2 phones and 1 laptop, I then go to the front desk they tell me to wait a while it will connect so I waited still nothing finally I get there and they stated they will change my room so they Did get to the new room same story, then they give me another room, same you can only pick up signal at the entrance of the door they tried them self and said use another room guess what after they so call tested it still didn't work for me, I asked for the managers numbers or owners number I have not received the number or received a call from the manager it's been 24 hours, I get to breakfast the next day you get the same un-welcoming treatment with doom smelling sausages,I had the eggs and toast with cold coffee and I walked out, while at work I managed to book another place I went back after work packed my stuff and moved out. I will never visit this place again or any other premier Hotel again and will make sure all my colleagues and friends do not stay in this place.
