Happy ending

Hi my last and unhappy at first memorable experience: with Premier Private resorts: Was as follows I've checked into one of their Resorts in Durban 05th Aug, and got the surprise of my life, leaving my home, going on a holiday; walking into a unit that not just the carpet had dirty stains, bottom of the eye level stove where the oven is; was filled with dirt between the grooves, the couches had dirty stains, switching on the kettle it did not work, TV in the bedroom was faulty an eye sore, showing black and white lines, the water was cold, who would like to take a bath / shower with cold water it weren't even Luke warm, my holiday started on a very bad and disappointing note, should these things not be checked and sorted out before guests check in; I've complained sent an email to PPR with photos attached, the worse case scenario was that only the night duty reservation clerk came to apologise, no supervisor or manager offered an apology, I saw them as I've stepped out, one of the First group agents selling Ekko pointed out to me, this is the general Manager, I spoke to the person who apologised, the following day; we were told they're moving us to another unit and had to wait until 17h00 before we moved that unit was in a much better condition, we checked out the Friday, went back the following Monday, I must say they then tried there best to make up for the inconvenience by upgrading us from a normal hotel room to a self-catering unit for Wich I must commend them the only problem was again cold water as they had a problem with their geyser other then that I would say the Palace Resort would be a great place to stay if the geyser is fixed the staff are pleasant polite helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure, the guests are comfortable; house keeping should keep an eye on the cleaning staff. It's a big let down when you leave your clean comfortable house to holiday in a place that's not being cleaned with pride. ***
