Give credit where its due

<p>I really had an amazing experience while on a work trip with my husband at the premier hotel. First night i had an awful room and requeted to be moved to another one, the lady was respect*** and very helpful. Its a pity i dont recall her name. Our second night was awesome and the dining room staff really addresed us well and ensured all our needs were met. Well done to the team!!</p>
