Roger at Autosport in Cambridge, East London has got to be one of the most helpful and friendly business owners in East London. The "Autosport" name is a bit misleading as Roger deals in garden equipment - lawnmowers, trimmers, generators. When I had a problem with a brand new lawnmower bought online, Roger had just taken over the agency for the brand. He handled my complaint quite readily and effectively and within a week I had a new replacement lawnmower. Further, when I needed spares for a generator of the same brand as the lawnmower, Roger sorted it out within a day as opposed to a previous agent for the brand who after 6 months could not provide the required spare.
