Excessive Noisy Hotel Room

<p>It is deplorale to pay premium rates to stay in a noisy hotel due to a running shower and gesyer, espicially when one is trying t complete work for a business trip.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is disconcerting to have room where one cannot work towards midnight without interuptions from ones neighbour due to teh flawed designed of the hotel. Furthermore when one requests a room change the inability to transfer a guest to a more appropriate given the circumstances. This is unaccepatbleby anyones stanadards as this is not free its a service which is paid for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Extremly disspointed. Cant wait to go back to Gauteng.</p>
