Disgracefully Unpleasant!!

My stay at premier hotel in pinetown was horrible absolutely horrible, first of all we were given a room with a "falling bed" soon as you set on it, its was like a boat on sea. I complained then we were moved to another room which had a faulty toilet making noise on top of the loud noise which was on going the whole night. It was like a shebeen or a tarven OMG. A hotel with so much noise!!! Never in my life!!! I felt disrespected for the false advertizement, making this place look like a hotel whereas its an Umlazi rank in the CBD. No maan the owner of this place should change the name or do better because WOW!!! People screaming and running up and down the passage. 3am waking up thinking there was a party at the hotel OMG!!! Never ever in my life!!! It was diabolical!!
