DIDGUSTING STAY

My worst experience ever staying in a hotel in durban. Tjis place is rated 3 star and is more a 1 star. I was moved 3 times during my 4 night stay. The 1st night, my AC did not work. Being in Durban in December, this was a nightmare. They offered me a fan! The next night I was moved to a new room. Where it worked. It's so loud, you can't sleep with it, all night. The next night, my card did not work and the door couldn't open. They could not fix it for 2 nights, I then moved again the 3rd room, none of the 2 pin plugs worked. They don't have a plug at reception. The food was fried in stale oil and it smelt of it.
