Booking admin and alternative arrangements

Premier Hotel, stuffed up our booking, they made substandard alternative arrangements and expected the same compensation, after agreeing that our alternative arrangements was substandard the following morning, Yolandie agreed to pay 40% back of our booking price back as that was what we thought our alternative arrangements was worth, after struggling a month to get the agreed rebate back, she only paid 20% back. Integrity is surely no value at Premier, will never set foot there again, as you as a supposedly valued customers is just there for their own enrichment in the short term!
