Best service ever.

The Premier The Richards has the absolute best service i have ever received from any hotel ever (I've to quite a few). The courtesy I received when I was pregnant 3 yrs ago left a mark in my heart. I've spent many weeks since and they are always happy to meet any special request with regards to food, the room etc. I am forever humbled by the friendly staff and how polite and helpful they are. If you want peace of mind over mordern aesthetics- this is the place.
