BEEF PATTY

I checked in at Premier Hotel OR Tambo, on the 22 February in the afternoon. The evening was terrible, as I ordered a burger, and when I was eating it, I realised the patty was still wrapped in plastic, reported it and was told it was a student that prepared that order.To me it doesn't matter who made the burger as all the staff are working for one company.Its a good thing that I actually cut the burger in half. I then reported it and they brought me another burger, but how can I continue eating it with the incident that happened. Thanks for making the situation better. <br> <br> Over all , I did enjoy my stay and I will come back again..
