Bad service to clients rude unhelpful owner

I made Booking at this Hotel through Booking .com because of a special price on Booking. Com .But when the payment went off my account it was for the full price not the reduced price. I canceled the booking immediately because of the big price difference and phoned the property owner to cancel. She was rude and not helpful at all. Told us that we choose Booking .com as our parter and not Gubas meat and great. She was not willing to give us a waiver letter sothat Booking .Com could refund my money . We did not go to the Hotel because of the faulty price and we canceled the booking immediately because of the wrong pricing.
