Bad service ) premier hotel , Midrand

I have requested a refund the beginning of April 2024 , to this date I haven’t received my money , I have sending countless emails enquiring about the status of my refund , I sent another email in August and I was told that the person who was assisting me from the beginning had left the company , but they are going to resend the paperwork to the head office and they will take it from there.

To this date I’m still waiting for my refund , I regret for making booking at premier park , this is really draining to the core
