Bad service AGAIN Premier hotel. Stay away from that ******* dump.

Very bad service of Premier Hotel OR Tambo. My two daughters arrived with three children At OR Tamso, Johannesburg International at 22.00h on the 15th of Oct.

I phoned Sidney, the manager, this same morning to ask to have the shuttle waiting for them as they arrive from Amsterdam but NO shuttle. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT THIS IS AFRICA. I had also contact with Sidney the 12th of October. Where he promised me the shuttle will be at the airport. I think this manager is totally incapable of doing a proper job and Premier Hotel should look for somebody else. . This is the third time that I have bad experience with Premier Hotel and I will stay away from a Premier Hotel as far as I can.
