Bad service

<p>I got to the hotel at 12:46, I was told that I should wait because they were having house keeping issues. And I should waited till 14:00, during the wait there was no communication. I decided to go and follow up on the progress around 13:36 as I was tired and needed to rest. They lady was every rude, all said it's not 14:00 yet. Then I returned at 14:00 and a different lady assisted me. She told me only on room was ready and that she would follow up and get back to me. At 15:00, I called reception to follow up as no one had gotten back to me. On the phone, the lady said she would transfer me to the front desk. They didn't pick up. I called 3 times and still no response from front desk. I have been here so many times and I've never experienced such bad customer care.</p>
