bad exprience

I booked through agoda hotel deal to a hotel premier hotel ICC , a few months ago , and the debit order was meant to go through today , by morning when the was no transaction was done I called agoda hotel to confirm and spoke to more than seven consultants who assured me that our booking was confirmed , today the debit order was declined and I was advised to call my bank to give permission to debit , I changed banking details and used my brothers credit card details , which I did and few minutes later I received a cancelation confirmation . <br> <br> I am not the only person affected by this but the entire family who are traveling to the wedding all of them have received the same communication , where on earth are we meant to get accommodation at this time of the year , a few days before the wedding ?<br> <br> the is obviously something really wrong with Agoda , and Premier Icc as the affiliate should be able to acknowledge and disaffiliate themselves from this ****** .
